Our very own choux paste shell filled with 35% cream and topped with Belgian chocolate.

Individual tart shells filled with vanilla pastry cream and topped by fresh fruit.
A specialty baba sponge soaked in a rum syrup, filled with pastry cream and topped by a maraschino cherry.

Chocolate Mousse Tarts
An individual tart shell filled with our chocolate mousee and covered in chocolate curls. Available in white chocolate or dark chocolate.
Our tiramisu, made with mascarpone layered with coffee-dipped lady fingers, in a generous slice.
Apollini (lobster tails)
A crisp and flaky outer shell, we fill it with 35% cream and top it with a maraschino.
Our very own rich and creamy cheesecake in an individual size. Available in plain (with fresh fruit on top); dulce de leche (caramel); lemon; cherry; and cookies n cream.
Our puff pastry on top and bottom, filled with fresh strawberries and our vanilla pastry cream, and topped by soft fondant.
